Tudor Boards Limited are manufacturers of polyurethane Mock Tudor boards based in Cannock, Staffordshire in the West Midlands. As well as manufacturing Tudor planks, we also manufacture Mock timber beam covers, shiplap cladding, loglap, log borders and have the capacity and knowledge to manufacture virtually anything out of Polyurethane. We do not buy our products in, we manufacture everything ourselves in house from liquid polyurethane.  We love bespoke jobs so please email us with your requirements and we will get back to you with some costs.  We are able to manufacture curved mock Tudor planks and manufacture new corbels or dentils.

All our Tudor planks are hand made at our factory in specialist moulds that we created from actual real English oak timbers. We do not use computer aided drawings or complex machinery to make our planks, everything is carefully made by hand.

After our planks have been made, we hand paint them in our paint shop using a very high performing exclusive paint system. Unlike other manufacturers of Tudor planks, who simply paint a top coat over their boards, we use a two stage paint system and slow drying technique that chemically bonds the paint to the Polyurethane and thus preventing paint peel or flaking. Our unique colour pigment applied to the core of the planks in the mould protects the life of the Polyurethane even further.

Because of this process, our Mock Tudor planks take a little while longer to manufacture than the competition, meaning that there might be a longer than usual wait on delivery times, so please call us to find out our current lead times or click the ‘lead times’ link above.

We guarantee our planks to be heavier than the competition with a far superior paint finish. Be careful of imitation planks selling for less on auction sites. All our planks have ‘Tudor Boards Ltd’ embossed into the ends of the planks.

Why not go to the free sample page and request a sample through the post?  You’ll love the texture and feel of our mock Tudor planks and you’ll find it hard to believe it’s not really wood!
