Common questions asked:

Q: Do you have a list of approved installers? A: No, you will need to find your own installer or Install it yourself. Have a look at our Youtube channel for some hints.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Check the lead times tab at the top of the page.

Q: Do you do longer than 3.5m planks? A: No, and we don’t do shorter than 3.5m long either nor do we cut down lengths.

Q: What are your prices? A: All the prices are on the price list page. The prices including VAT are in the store.

Q: How do I order? A: It’s quicker to buy in the store, in fact the store could give you up to 4 days head start as sometimes we are so busy we have a backlog of emailed quotes and orders.

Q: I’ve ordered via the store and I’ve made a mistake/forgotten to add an item, can it be changed? A: Of course! Just drop us an email directly to technical@tudorboard.com and we will get in contact and make the necessary changes for you.
